Rum and Raisins Bread Pudding
by Gtargirl, Nov 17, 2006
My grandma's recipe for Brood Koek which really translates to Bread Cake or Bread Cookie (I think). The closest thing in English would be Bread Pudding. This recipe is amazing and you really don't have to use fresh bread.

Rotti Koekoes
by Gtargirl, Oct 17, 2006
This is Indonesian Steamed bread. The soda in it is unique to this recipe. I don't think anyone else uses the 7-Up or Squirt. It adds extra flavor and the bread comes out soft every time.
