The Best Homemade Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

Bread

Eggs

Mayonnaise

Mustard

Salted butter

Turkey slices( optional)

Directions

To begin with, the eggs have to be stirred in a bowl. About 4 eggs will give you 2 sandwiches.

When the eggs are mixed, and the yolk is mixed up, you want to heat a frying pan up with 3-4 tablespoons of oil in it.

When it's hot, pour the eggs onto the frying pan. Stir for about 4-7 minutes, or until eggs become solidified.

Take all the eggs and put it on a plate.

Grab 2 loaves of bread; one you should spread butter on, the other mayonnaise.

Put enough scrambled eggs on the buttered piece of bread to cover the entire piece.

Put some mustard all around on the eggs, (also now you can add the optional sliced turkey for additional flavor) and push the other loaf on it. Leave like this for about 2 minutes.

This is a great recipe if you are going on a picnic or hiking, and need a quick burst of energy; even if you're just taking it to work, it will get your mood shooting up.

Shelley's Scrambled Omelette

I have never had an omelet before when on my only holiday I have ever had a couple of years back I had to ask what it was. It sounded nice so I had it for breakfast at the hotel I was staying at and I liked it. Like I said as I have never had one before then you can assume (and you would be right) that I have never made one and I really wanted to make one and have one again. I didn’t even know the ingredients other then egg so I decided to make my own version up but I slightly scramble it as well.

I just use what is around the house. It’s very tasty and yummy and so filling and most importantly very quick and easy. So the next omelette that falls apart when you were flipping it you can tell them you did it on purpose and say it’s a Shelley’s scrambled Omelette!

Serves 2-4 people.

Ingredients

8 Eggs

1 - 1 ½ cups of grated cheese ( depending on how cheesy you like your omelette)

1 tomato

1 cup of milk

1 mushroom

½ a cup of ham

parsley

Preparations

Grate cheese, dice tomato, and ham and slice the mushroom. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add the milk, cheese, tomato, ham, mushroom and parsley and stir in. Pour the ingredients into a non stick fry pan and stir occasionally. As the cheese and ingredients act as thickening agents you don’t need to stir as often and won’t stick to the pan if your looking for more of an omelette. If you would like it more scrambled then stir a little more often. Also this dish can be done as an omelet if you would prefer. I have tried doing this and it does work. Who knew!
