Vegetable Soup with Cheese |

Another tasty soup worth your attention. |
Ingredients- 150g of vegetable mix
- Butter
- 4-5 potatoes
- 200ml of milk
- 100ml of cream
- 50-70g of molten cheese
- 1 spoon of flour
- Salt
Method- Put the butter into a cooker
- Add vegetable (frozen or fresh cut to the pieces)
- Add a bit of salt
- Cover the cooker and let it stew for a while
- Seal it with 1l of water
- Add potatoes cut to a small cubes and let it boil until potatoes are soft
- Put milk, cream, cheese and flour into a mixer and mix it until it becomes foamy
- Add the mix into a soup
- Wait until it reaches boiling point and take it off the cook-stove
- Enjoy this tasty soup
