The Coconut Red Bean Soup |

Try this delicious and nutritious coconut red bean soup. |
Ingredients:- 500 gram of red beans
- 100 gram of granulated sugar
- A pot of clean water
- Three pieces of Pandan leave (can be substituted with dried organic orange peel) with a length of 9cm each
- 50milliliter of concentrated coconut milk

Coconut red bean soupMethods:- Rinse the pandan leaves and red beans in a pot with clean water
- Repeat step 1 a few times till they are completely cleaned
- Fill the pot with the right amount of water
- Put in red beans and pandan leaves into a pot of clean water
- Heat the pot on the stove and keep it to boil
- Turn to medium fire
- Open the cover slightly to avoid the red bean soup from flowing out
- Let it cooks till the red bean split open
- Add in the sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved thoroughly
- Pour the red bean soup into a big container
- Add in the coconut milk on top of the soup
- Stir the soup so that the coconut milk is mixed evenly
- Take out the pandan leaves
- The soup is best to serve hot
