Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground bee

1 small onion, chopped

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can pinto beans, drained

1 cup water

1 envelope taco seasoning mix

Shredded Cheddar cheese
Method:
- In a 4 quart saucepan, brown the ground beef and onion.
- Drain.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, beans, water and seasoning.
- Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheese on each serving.
This can be served over a bowl of corn chips or crushed tortilla chips. Makes 2 ½ quarts.
