This is a kind of soup that is both digestive and healthy.
Ingredients
- Cabbage chopped - ¼ cup
- Carrots chopped - ¼ cup
- Beans chopped - 3 nos
- Mushroom - 3 nos
- Green chilly - 2 nos
- Ginger chopped - 1 ½ tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbs
- Chilly sauce - 1 tbs
- Vinegar - 3 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Water - 4 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Celery chopped - 1 nos
- Corn flour - 1 ½ tbs
- Spring onion chopped - ¼ cup
- Aji-no-motto - ½ tsp
Preparation
- Cook cabbage, carrots, beans, Mushroom, chilies, ginger tn 4 cup of water.
- Mix soya sauce,chilly sauce,vinegar,sugar,salt etc. in it.Allow them to cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix the corn flour in water.
- Add it to the soup.
- When the soup become thick add celery and spring onion.
- Add Aji-no-motto.
Garnish with spring onion. Serve it hot with salt and Black pepper powder.
