Soup From Acid Milk

Ingredients

• 500g of potatoes
• Salt
• 30g of flour
• 1l of acid milk
• 2 eggs
• Parsley top

Method

1. Skin the potatoes, wash them and cut them to cubes
2. Put potatoes into a salt boiling water
3. Cook them until they are soft
4. Mix the flour with acid milk
5. Add this mix into water with potatoes
6. Boil it for a while
7. Beat the eggs, add salt and slowly boil them into a soup
8. Add chopped parsley top into every portion
9. Enjoy this tasty soup
