Smoked Soup |

Recipe for smoked soup. |
Ingredients:- 1.5l of stock from smoked meat
- 6 potatoes
- 50g of soft salami
- 4 eggs
- Grated horse-radish
- Parsleys top
Method:- Skin the potatoes, wash then and cut them to little pieces
- Chop the salami into little tight slices
- Boil the eggs and let them cool down in cold water
- Add potatoes and salami into stock and cook them until they are soft
- Skin the eggs and cut them to little cubes
- Put one egg and a spoon of grated horse-radish into a plate (one portion)
- Seal it with soup
- Decorate it with chopped parsleys top
- Enjoy this tasty soup
