Seafood Chowder

This is a great and easy to make soup. Seafood fans will lick the cups dry. I made this for a luncheon and they were begging for more.

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 cups Baby Shrimp
  • 2 cups Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 cups Baby Scallops
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients and cook for about 15 min until heated thru.
  2. For thicker soup use less milk, for thinner soup use more milk.
  3. You can substitute your favorite seafood for the shrimp, crab meat, and scallops.
  4. The milk helps to thicken the alfredo sauce; you could use heavy cream or other milk like liquid.
  5. I would not recommend water.
