Scallion Soup |

A delicious scallion soup. |
Ingredients- 2 scallions
- 80g of butter
- 40g of flour
- 4 potatoes
- Salt
- 250ml of milk
- 600ml of water
Method- Melt the butter
- Add flour and mix it
- Seal it with water
- Mix it until it starts to boil
- Skin the potatoes and cut them to tight slices
- Clean the scallions and cut them to circles
- Add both, potatoes and scallion, to the soup
- Add salt and boil it for about 15 minutes
- When potatoes and scallions are soft, add milk
- Boil the soup for a little while
- Enjoy it. You can eat it with pieces of roasted bread
