Scallion Soup

A delicious scallion soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 scallions
  • 80g of butter
  • 40g of flour
  • 4 potatoes
  • Salt
  • 250ml of milk
  • 600ml of water

Method

  1. Melt the butter
  2. Add flour and mix it
  3. Seal it with water
  4. Mix it until it starts to boil
  5. Skin the potatoes and cut them to tight slices
  6. Clean the scallions and cut them to circles
  7. Add both, potatoes and scallion, to the soup
  8. Add salt and boil it for about 15 minutes
  9. When potatoes and scallions are soft, add milk
  10. Boil the soup for a little while
  11. Enjoy it. You can eat it with pieces of roasted bread
