Ingredients:
- ¾ cooked tender soft corn
- 1- Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cups milk
- 1 ½ tbsp -Maida
- I tbsp -butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Combine milk, water and Maida. Heat the butter and sauté the onions at least for two minutes. Add the flour mixture and corn. Boil for 10 mins. Stir in between and check that the soup does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper and serve hot.
