Ingredients
- 4 cups of vegetable stock
- 6 cups of mixed vegetables of your choice (garden grown taste best)
- 1 can of Kidney beans
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- Various seasonings to taste.
Method:
Mix the vegetables in with the vegetable stock. Bring to boil, once it starts to boil bring to a simmer and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Add beans and pasta stir a few times to mix up ingredients then let simmer an additional 10-15 minutes until vegetables become soft. Add any additional seasoning.
