Chicken soup Sicilian style. |
Ingredients- oil
- 8 drum sticks of chicken,
- 4 potatoes cut into in six pieces each (24 pieces total),
- squash
- 4 tomatoes,
- 12 cloves of garlic
Preparation
- Put oil into pan and then add 8 drum sticks of chicken, 4 potatoes cut into in six pieces each (24 pieces total), squash 4 tomatoes
- put 12 cloves of garlic into pan
- add a teaspoon of salt, black peppers, and rosemary
- bake in oven for about 1 hour at 350 degrees
- cool for 15-20 min
