Creamy Mushroom Soup

Taste this creamy rich soup and enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

  • Button Mushrooms
  • Milk
  • Cream
  • Salt
  • Coriander
  • Water
  • Pepper

Method:

Take 12 to 15 Button Mushrooms and boil them and grind them. Add 2/3 cups of milk to it and add 3 tablespoons of salt to it. Chop 3 mushrooms and take ½ cup of water in a saucer add the paste prepared, 2 tablespoons of cream and the chopped mushrooms.

Cook for ½ minutes and serve in a cup. Decorate with grinded pepper and coriander leaves. Serve hot!
