Ingredients:
- 5 each Corn cob only
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 gallon Water
Method:
Place cobs in stainless steel pot, add in butter, sugar and the salt and fill with water. Bring all to boil and next simmer for an hour. Strain and chill for use. Makes 10 servings.
