Ingredients
- two onions
- two or three potatoes
- two smaller carrots
- one small scallion (leek)
- one piece of garlic
- salt
- grounded pepper
- butter
- about two liters of water
Method
- As a first step, we will roast onion.
- Put some butter into a pan.
- Wait a while until it warms up and roast onion which you have cut into pieces.
- Roast it until it catches golden color.
- Add the water (not much, just enough for mixer to be able to do its work) and put it all into mixer.
- Add the garlic and let the mixer do its work.
- Put the mix into a bowl.
- Now cut carrots into little pieces and put them into bowl.
- Cut potatoes into small cubes and add them into bowl too.
- Add water, salt and pepper.
- Wait until potatoes are soft and add scallion (cut into small pieces).
- Take the soup off the cooker.
You should wait until it cools down a bit before you eat. It is very unhealthy to eat hot food.
