Chinese Vegetable Soup

For a tasty soup.

Ingredients

  • 1.5l of stock
  • 1 cube of meat stock
  • 4 spoons of butter
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ of white cabbage
  • ½ of kohlrabi
  • ¼ of celery
  • 10-12 mushrooms
  • 100g of bean hulls
  • 5 spoons of white wine
  • Salt
  • Parsleys top

Method

  1. Clean celery, kohlrabi and carrot
  2. Cut it to tight slices and roast them on butter
  3. Seal it with stock and let it boil for a while
  4. Add meat stock
  5. Clean and cut to pieces mushrooms
  6. Add them into the soup
  7. Cut to pieces cabbage and bean hulls
  8. Add them into a soup
  9. Wait until the vegetable is soft
  10. Add salt and chopped parsleys top
  11. Wait until the soup cools down a bit and enjoy it
