Chinese Vegetable Soup |

For a tasty soup. |
Ingredients- 1.5l of stock
- 1 cube of meat stock
- 4 spoons of butter
- 1 carrot
- ¼ of white cabbage
- ½ of kohlrabi
- ¼ of celery
- 10-12 mushrooms
- 100g of bean hulls
- 5 spoons of white wine
- Salt
- Parsleys top
Method- Clean celery, kohlrabi and carrot
- Cut it to tight slices and roast them on butter
- Seal it with stock and let it boil for a while
- Add meat stock
- Clean and cut to pieces mushrooms
- Add them into the soup
- Cut to pieces cabbage and bean hulls
- Add them into a soup
- Wait until the vegetable is soft
- Add salt and chopped parsleys top
- Wait until the soup cools down a bit and enjoy it
