Chicken Soup

Tasty soup made of chicken meat, vegetables and of course water.

Ingredients

  • half of chicken
  • 1 onion
  • Clove
  • Salt
  • 150g of carrot and parsley
  • 2 chilies
  • Parsleys top
  • For dumplings you will need:
  • 100g of carrot
  • Oil
  • 40g of yeast
  • Grounded pepper
  • 2 whites
  • 100g of powdered soya milk

Method

  1. Clean the chicken meat and put it into a bowl with 1.5l of water
  2. Add onion and clove
  3. Add salt and boil it until it is half-soft
  4. Clean the vegetable cut it to slices
  5. Add vegetable and chilies to the soup and boil it until it's soft
  6. Take out the chicken
  7. Abolish the bones and cut it to pieces
  8. Put the meat back into bowl
  9. Put oil into a pan and roast the yeast
  10. Add grated carrot
  11. Mix it, add grounded pepper and let it cool down
  12. Add whites and powdered soya milk
  13. Form balls, put them into boiling soup and let it boil for a little while
  14. Add chopped parsley top
  15. Let the soup cool down a bit and enjoy it
