Ingredients
- 1 gallon Chicken broth
- 2 cups Soy sauce
- 2 tbls Garlic
- 2 tbls Sugar
- 2 tsp Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame seed Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Poblano Chili Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Spinach
- 4 each Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Preparation
Cook the chicken until half done and then set it aside. Heat chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and hot sauce. Mix the vegetables and chicken. Cook all until vegetables done. Now add spinach before you are ready to serve. To finish drizzle with the sesame oil. Good for 8 servings.
