Chaleter's Soup |

A recipe for chaleter's soup. |
Ingredients- 1l of bone stock
- 5 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon of butter
- Slice of bread
- 200g of sausages
- Salt
- Caraway-seeds
- Parsley top
Method- clean the onion and cut it to little pieces
- Melt the butter
- Roast the onion
- Skin potatoes, wash them, cut them to little cubes and roast them with onion for a while
- Seal the mix with stock
- Add caraway-seeds, salt and ripped bread
- Boil the soup until potatoes are soft
- Cut the sausages to circles and add them to the soup
- Boil the soup for a little more time
- Add parsley top
- Enjoy this tasty soup
