Chaleter's Soup

A recipe for chaleter's soup.

Ingredients

  • 1l of bone stock
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • Slice of bread
  • 200g of sausages
  • Salt
  • Caraway-seeds
  • Parsley top

Method

  1. clean the onion and cut it to little pieces
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Roast the onion
  4. Skin potatoes, wash them, cut them to little cubes and roast them with onion for a while
  5. Seal the mix with stock
  6. Add caraway-seeds, salt and ripped bread
  7. Boil the soup until potatoes are soft
  8. Cut the sausages to circles and add them to the soup
  9. Boil the soup for a little more time
  10. Add parsley top
  11. Enjoy this tasty soup
