Ingredients
- 200g of beef bones
- 200g of beef meat
- 2l of water
- Salt
- 100g of carrot and parsley
- Dried mushrooms
- Pepper and allspice
- 1 onion
- A bit of cabbage
- 1 spoon of tomatoes paste
- 1 shuck of garlic
Ingredients for egg peas:
- 2 eggs
- 80ml of milk
- 50g of flour
- salt
Method
- Wash beef meat and bones and put them into a bowl
- Seal them with cold water and let it boil
- When it reaches boiling point, add salt and few pieces of pepper and allspice
- Boil it until the meat is almost soft
- Add cleaned vegetable which you have cut to the pieces
- Add garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes paste
- Let the soup boil for some more time
- Strain the soup through dense sieve
Preparation of egg peas:
- Mill the eggs with milk and salt while slowly adding flour
- Use sieve with bigger holes to strain the dough into hot oil
- Roast the egg peas
