Bean Soup with Grits |

A delicious bean soup with grits. |
Ingredients- 150g of white beans
- Butter
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon of flour
- Carrot
- Parsley
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- 50g of peas
- 50g of grits
- 1 shuck of garlic
- Red pepper
- Marjoram
Method- put the beans into water for few hours
- Strain the beans and put them into a bowl
- Seal it with about a liter of water
- Add salt and boil it until it's half cooked
- Melt the butter, roast the onion then add flour and roast for little more time
- Seal it with cold water and mix it
- Add this mix to the soup
- Wash the vegetable and cut to pieces
- Mix it with mashed garlic, peas and grits
- Add it to the bowl and boil it until it's ready for eating
- Add salt, red pepper, grounded pepper and marjoram
- Let it cool down a bit and enjoy eating it
