Argentinian Soup |

A delicious Argentinian soup. |
Ingredients- 1l of chicken stock
- 2 spoons of butter
- Parsleys top
- 70g of tight pasta slices
- 1 big onion
- A bit of crocus and chili
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- 500g of tomatoes
- 50g of hard cheese
Method- Put the butter into a bowl and let it melt
- Roast the onion which you have cut to little pieces
- Add chopped parsleys top
- Mix it and add pasta slices
- Roast pasta slices until they get gold color
- Scald tomatoes and skin them
- Cut them to pieces and add it to bowl
- Stew them together with pasta slices
- Seal it with chicken stock
- Add salt, grounded pepper, crocus and chili
- Let it boil until the pasta slices are soft
- Let the soup cool down a bit
- Add a spoon of grated cheese into every portion and enjoy this delicious soup
