Argentinian Soup

A delicious Argentinian soup.

Ingredients

  • 1l of chicken stock
  • 2 spoons of butter
  • Parsleys top
  • 70g of tight pasta slices
  • 1 big onion
  • A bit of crocus and chili
  • Salt
  • Grounded pepper
  • 500g of tomatoes
  • 50g of hard cheese

Method

  1. Put the butter into a bowl and let it melt
  2. Roast the onion which you have cut to little pieces
  3. Add chopped parsleys top
  4. Mix it and add pasta slices
  5. Roast pasta slices until they get gold color
  6. Scald tomatoes and skin them
  7. Cut them to pieces and add it to bowl
  8. Stew them together with pasta slices
  9. Seal it with chicken stock
  10. Add salt, grounded pepper, crocus and chili
  11. Let it boil until the pasta slices are soft
  12. Let the soup cool down a bit
  13. Add a spoon of grated cheese into every portion and enjoy this delicious soup
