Thanksgiving Stuffing

A recipe to make thanksgiving stuffing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 onion and 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cube butter or margarine
  • Poultry seasoning, salt and pepper
  • 1 cup chicken bouillon or giblet broth
  • One bag croutons

PREPARATION:

  1. Sauté onion and celery in butter until tender.
  2. Add one bag croutons(seasoned or plain),mix and heat.
  3. Add chicken bouillon moisten well. Season to taste.
  4. Makes enough for a small turkey; you can double the ingredients for a larger (15 lbs or more) turkey.
