Rhubarb Delish

A Mouthwatering dessert that is quick and easy to make.

I already published this recipe once before, but the recipe did not contain measurements, just rough estimations, so I thought it best to republish it.

This is a very simple recipe, which is fast and easy to make, and does not take a lot of preparation or cleaning up, but the results are mouthwatering!

INGREDIENTS:

Per person you need:

  • 1 cup of rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add the rhubarb into a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 30 seconds or until the rhubarb is soft.
  2. Add the sugar and stir completely.
  3. Taste for doneness, you may have to add more sugar depending on the type of rhubarb you used.
  4. Feel free to adapt the recipe as needed.

I totally agree with Lucy. She also writes recipes. We used to grow Rhubarb and made some pies. It was organically grown.
