Ingredients:
- 400g of pork meat
- 2 shucks of garlic
- Salt
- Butter
- Ingredients for dampers:
- 600g of potatoes
- 1 onion
- Fat
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- Grounded caraway-seeds
- 1 egg
- 2-3 spoons of flour
Method:
1. cut the meat to slices
2. Crimp them, add salt and spread the garlic on them
3. Roast them from the both sides for about 10 minutes
4. put them aside (together with pan)
5. Skin and shred the potatoes
6. Add roasted onion, salt, caraway-seeds, grounded pepper, egg and flour
7. Mix it all together
8. Take smaller pan and put a fat onto it
9. Add thin layer of paste
10. Put the slice of meat on it and cover it with another layer of paste
11. Roast it from both sides
12. Enjoy this tasty meal
It is good to eat this meal with acid cabbage.
