Scallop Cabbage |

An easy side dish and a good way to get those picky eaters to eat some veggies. |
Ingredients:- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 large cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 3 shelves of crackers
- 1 package of shredded cheddar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut and chop up cabbage and boil in water for about 15-20 minutes.
- Crush crackers
- In a greased baking pan first layer the cabbage, then add the soup, half of the cheese, then the crackers, then the rest of the cheese.
- Let bake in oven for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and crackers are golden brown.
