Scallop Cabbage

An easy side dish and a good way to get those picky eaters to eat some veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 large cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 shelves of crackers
  • 1 package of shredded cheddar

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut and chop up cabbage and boil in water for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Crush crackers
  4. In a greased baking pan first layer the cabbage, then add the soup, half of the cheese, then the crackers, then the rest of the cheese.
  5. Let bake in oven for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and crackers are golden brown.
