Ingredients:
- 5 red tomatoes
- 3-4 Serrano chilies seeded
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ bunch of cilantro
Method:
- First chop the tomatoes into little cubes about 1 sq. cms.
- Then slit open the chilies.
- Slice into little strips and put aside.
- Chop up yellow onion into little cubes too.
- Peel all the garlic first.
- Chop up garlic into random shapes.
- Lay cilantro pointing left to right on board and chop from left to right.
- Now take out a big bowl
- Add tomatoes, chilies, onions, garlic, and cilantro.
- Put in refrigerator for 5 hours.
- Take out and enjoy!
