Thanksgiving Harvest Ginger Root and Apricot Glaze

A candied glaze appropriate for a bone-in ham or turkey. A delightful combination of sweet and spicy that will make your mouth water.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cans of Apricots
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp grated peeled ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Method

Place all of the ingredients in the blender and coursly chop. Rub the mixture over a Ham Roast or Turkey and bake meat according to weight and instructions.

This is a must save recipe. It sounds so quick and easy. There are probably lots of different ways to use it too.
