Meaty Italian Spaghetti Sauce Recipe |

A sweet Italian style spaghetti sauce with meat you can enjoy. I love the sweet-soury taste of the tomatoes here. |
Ingredients- 1 big Italian sauce (I prefer Del Monte)
- 1 bottle Jufran ketchup or any banana ketchup
- ½ bottle Sweet Blend del Monte ketchup or any tomato ketchup
- ½ cup water
- 1 onion
- Half clove of garlic
- 4 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 green bell peppers
- 5 hotdogs
- ¼ kilo grinded pork
- Grated cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Method- Sauté garlic and onion, then add tomatoes
- Add pork, sauté till golden brownish
- Put in the hotdog and bell peppers
- Pour in the sauce, ketchups and water
- Then add cheese. Put the salt, pepper and sugar for tasting
