Ingredients
- 2 cups Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 small sweet yellow onion (1/2 cup )
- 3 Claussen dill pickle spears
- Fresh parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Dice dill pickle, place in strainer and allow to drain for 5-10 minutes. Dice onion. Chop parsley finely (approx. 1/3 cup). Combine all ingredients with the juice of one lemon. Allow to sit in refrigerator overnight before using if possible.
Using low-fat mayo will produce a decent product, but real mayo is better if your waistline and heart can stand it.
