Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of mustard
- 1 cup of Chinese Vinigar
- 3 chicken eggs
- A lot of Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of pepper (optional for stronger flavor)
Method
- Mix the mustard and vinegar together manually or with a blender then let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 4-6 hours
- After the 4-6 hours have past add the 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar and optional 1 tablespoon of pepper into the mixture. then heat it in a pan until the mixture looks a bit darker and thicker.
- After the mixture thickened add a bit more than the equal amount of mayonnaise into it. stir it around for a while and the dish is finished
This Dish can only be kept for about 4 weeks in the refrigerator, Chinese Mustard especially tastes really good if you dip into it crackers.
