How to Make Mustard the Chinese Way

This type of mustard has a much better texture in your mouth and tastes much, much, much better.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of mustard
  • 1 cup of Chinese Vinigar
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • A lot of Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper (optional for stronger flavor)

Method

  1. Mix the mustard and vinegar together manually or with a blender then let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 4-6 hours
  2. After the 4-6 hours have past add the 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar and optional 1 tablespoon of pepper into the mixture. then heat it in a pan until the mixture looks a bit darker and thicker.
  3. After the mixture thickened add a bit more than the equal amount of mayonnaise into it. stir it around for a while and the dish is finished

This Dish can only be kept for about 4 weeks in the refrigerator, Chinese Mustard especially tastes really good if you dip into it crackers.
