Awesome spaghetti sauce recipe

Ingredients:

• one large 12 oz Contadina tomato sauce
• one 6 oz Contadina tomato paste
• 4 large cloves of garlic
• one large onion
• 1 lbs of lean ground chuck
• 1 lbs of hot Italian sausage preferably no skin
• 10 oz burgundy wine
• 3 table spoons Italian spice
• graded parmesan cheese

Method:

1. Place tomato sauce in crock-pot mixing tomato paste, chopped onion, burgundy wine, Italian spice together. Let heat at high temperature of crock-pot. Cook until onions are clear mixing every 10 minutes. Add chopped garlic.
2. Brown in skillet at hot tempature ground chuck then separately brown hot Italian sausage. I prefer the hot Italian sausage without the skin but it is up to you whether to chop it up or just brown without.
3. Mix sausage, grown chuck and sauce in pot together put on low heat for about 4 hours then add parmesan cheese to your taste
4. Serve with your favorite pasta
5. Enjoy
