3-Step Raspberry Vinaigrette

Please the picky people with this amazingly unique flavor sensation.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Raspberry Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Mustard
  • 4 ½ oz Fresh Raspberries
  • 3 oz Honey
  • 25 oz Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp White Pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine the egg, vinegar, mustard, raspberries, and honey
  2. Gradually stir in the oil in a steady stream
  3. Add seasoning to taste

Yield: 4 cups

Thanks. I use this on salads with raisens, nuts, chicken, spinach, and carrots. It's soooo good!
