Parmesan Crusted Potatoes |

Golden brown potatoes soft on the inside with a delicious crispy crust on the outside. |
Ingredients- 3 Large Baking Potatoes
- 1 C EV Olive Oil
- 2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Rosemary
Directions- Pre heat oven to 350 .
- Wash potatoes and cut into strips you should get 8 strips per potato . Set a side to dry .
- In a large plastic baggie add oil , 1C parmesan cheese , garlic ,pepper ,parsley ,and rosemary. add in potatoes seal bag and shake to coat .
- On a baking sheet pour out potatoes and oil mix spread potatoes into a single layer and sprinkle with remaining cheese .
- Place in a pre heated oven and bake for 35 minutes ot untill potatoes ate tender and have turned golden brown on the out side .
