Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Golden brown potatoes soft on the inside with a delicious crispy crust on the outside.

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Baking Potatoes 
  • 1 C EV Olive Oil
  • 2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp  Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp  Parsley
  • 1 tsp Rosemary

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 .
  2. Wash potatoes and cut into strips you should get 8 strips per potato . Set a side to dry .
  3. In a large plastic baggie add oil , 1C parmesan cheese , garlic ,pepper ,parsley ,and rosemary. add in potatoes seal bag and shake to coat .
  4. On a baking sheet pour out potatoes and oil mix spread potatoes into a single layer and sprinkle with remaining cheese .
  5. Place in a pre heated oven and bake for 35 minutes ot untill potatoes ate tender and have turned golden brown on the out side .
