Fried Rice |

This is one of the most famous dishes in Malaysia and you can learn how to make the Malaysian fried rice on your own. |
INGREDIENT- 2 plates plain rice
- 1 cup of shrimp
- 1 cup of chicken (boiled and striped)
- 1 cup of peas
- 4 eggs (mixed up)
- 5 pieces red chili (blended)
- 5 pieces of shallots
- 1 onion spring (slice)
- 1 piece of cucumber (slice)
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS- Heat oil and fry the chili.
- Add shrimp, chicken and peas together.
- After five minutes add the egg and mixed it up.
- Add rice and a little of salt and then scatter of onion spring.
- Warm the mixture, but do not let the rice get hard. It should stay light yellow.
- Serve with scatter onion spring and cucumber.
