Fried Rice

This is one of the most famous dishes in Malaysia and you can learn how to make the Malaysian fried rice on your own.

INGREDIENT

  • 2 plates plain rice
  • 1 cup of shrimp
  • 1 cup of chicken (boiled and striped)
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 4 eggs (mixed up)
  • 5 pieces red chili (blended)
  • 5 pieces of shallots
  • 1 onion spring (slice)
  • 1 piece of cucumber (slice)
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil and fry the chili.
  2. Add shrimp, chicken and peas together.
  3. After five minutes add the egg and mixed it up.
  4. Add rice and a little of salt and then scatter of onion spring.
  5. Warm the mixture, but do not let the rice get hard. It should stay light yellow.
  6. Serve with scatter onion spring and cucumber.
