Lucy's Home-made Mint Sauce

Home-made mint sauce is the perfect accompaniment to any lamb roast. This recipe is easy and tastes great.

¼ cup freshly chopped Mint leaves
½ cup malt vinegar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Boiling water

  1. Wash mint and cut finely
  2. Cover with boiling water
  3. Sprinkle over Brown Sugar
  4. Add vinegar
  5. Set aside to cool
