Pigs love corn, so do I, bet I'd teeth those nuggets off in record time, I may not snort or grunt when I'm having my cream style feast, but, a couple of moans will cite I'm pleased, so, Piggy: Piggy, you ain't all dat, just stay in your pen and I'll relax in my Den!
Microwave Home-style Fried Corn
Ingredients
- 1-2qt. glass dish
- small can of cream of chicken
- pepper to taste
- 6-ears of corn
- ½ stick of sweet butter
- glass dish cover
- salt pork & bacon oil
- 1-red bell pepper (diced)
- fat free butter spray
Method
- Cut corn off cob
- Use corn milk
- Stir in cream of chicken, salt pork bacon oil and red bell peppers
- Spray 2qt. glass dish with butter spray
- Pour in corn mixture (cover)
- Cook for seven minutes
- Add ½ stick of sweet butter
- pepper (stir)
- Cook additional three Minutes or until your desired tenderness.
