Ham & Cheese-Stuffed Potatoes Recipe

Ham & cheese-stuffed potatoes recipe is a quick and delicious meal. You have to try it - It's the best stuffed potato in the world!

  • 4 baking potatoes, about 8oz. each
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed, 10 oz.
  • 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz, melted
  • 1 cup chopped cooked ham

Prick potatoes all over with fork. Microwave until tender according to oven manufacturer"s directions. Let stand until cool enough to handle, 15-20 minutes. Horizontally cut 1/4" slice off tops of potatoes. Scoop potato from skins, leaving 1/4" thick shells. Reserve shells and potato. Scoop potato from tops, reserving potato and discarding skins. Mash potatoes with butter, garlic and pepper.

Spoon mixture into shells. Combine broccoli, Cheez Whiz and ham; spoon over potatoes. Microwave until heated through, about 1 minute. You'll have the best stuffed potato you've ever had!!!

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: 451 cals, 17 grams protein, 19 grams of fat.

Kitchen time: 15 minutes. Ready to serve in 30 minutes.
