Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs halved lengthwise
- 4 T. mayonnaise (More of course if you like it real moist)
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. red pepper
- ¼ t. black pepper
- Dash (or two or three) Tabasco sauce
- 2 T. of chopped dill pickles
- 1 t. mustard (American mustard)
Method
- Mash egg yolks thoroughly with fork and add remaining ingredients.
- Cut eggs long ways so that the two halves will hold more ingredient.
- Blend well and fill egg whites. Sprinkle tops with paprika and can
- Be topped with sliced stuffed olives. Serves 8-10 and guaranteed to please!
