Creamy Scalloped Potatoes |

Milk and Romano cheese-topped scalloped potatoes. |
Preheat oven to 350" Ingredients- 3 potatoes peeled and sliced

1/2 cup cut up green onions

1 cup milk
-
1/4 cup flour
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon pepper
-
6 pats of butter
-
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
Method- In ovenware casserole lay one layer of sliced
potatoes.
- Top with half the flour, the salt,the
pepper, and half the butter.
- Lay the second layer
of potatoes and put on top the remaining flour,
the butter and the green onion, evenly spread.

Cover with the last layer of potatoes and top
with the milk.
- Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
- Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for one hour.
