Corn Pudding

I have a recipe on how to make corn pudding.

Ingredients:

  • Combine 1 - 12 ounces of whole kernel corn.
  • Two 17 ounce cans of cream style corn.
  • 5 lightly beaten eggs.
  • Add mixture of ½ cup of sugar.
  • 4 tablespoons of corn starch.
  • 11/2 teaspoons season (all season salt).
  • ½ teaspoon of dry mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon of instant minced onion.
  • Stir in ½ cup each of milk and melted butter.

Method:

  1. Pour into greased 3 qt. Casserole dish or pan.
  2. Bake in 400 F over 1 hour.
  3. Stir once it's done.

This corn pudding looks good and does not take as long to make as my recipe calls for. I will try this one and save some time.
