This dish is a perfect "bring along" appetizer to any dinner party however formal! I made this dish just a day or two ago, it tastes fantastic and of course, like any some of the very best dishes; experiment with it! It's such a quick and easy dish to prepare, I just had to share it with you!
What?
- 3 tins of artichoke hearts
- 8 oz. olives - I used black pitted olives and rumor has it, so did Aunt Mary...
- 12 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 ½ cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
- 1 cup olive oil
- Garlic
- Parsley
How?
- Drain, rinse and split the artichokes
- Cut in ½ the olives
- Wash and dice the mushrooms
- Mix together adding the breadcrumbs and olive oil
- Add garlic and parsley to taste
- Bake for 40 minutes @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Top with grated cheese and melt if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
