Acorn Squash

If you don't know how to cook acorn squash, this is the right place for you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 acorn squash
  • salt
  • cinnamon
  • butter

Method:

  1. Place whole, rinsed squash in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours.
  3. Split and remove seeds. Sprinkle each half with salt and cinnamon, dot with butter, and serve.

My husband and I love acorn squash, and it makes a wonderful pie.

We love acorn squash too. thats an easy way to cook it if you are away all day and have food ready when you get home. I had never thought about cooking it in a slow cooker.
