Turkey Chutney Salad

Do you have left-over turkey from the holidays? Make the most of your extra turkey by trying this amazing turkey chutney salad recipe. Your taste buds will rejoice.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup each of chutney and salad dressing
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey chopped
  • 1 ½ cups drained pineapple chunks
  • 1 can of water chestnuts drained and sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 pkg. Coconut

Method:

  1. Mix together chutney, salad dressing and salt.
  2. Add turkey, pineapple, water chestnuts and green peppers until well coated.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Serve on lettuce, sprinkle with coconut.
