Turkey Chutney Salad |

Do you have left-over turkey from the holidays? Make the most of your extra turkey by trying this amazing turkey chutney salad recipe. Your taste buds will rejoice. |
Ingredients:- ½ cup each of chutney and salad dressing
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 cups of cooked turkey chopped
- 1 ½ cups drained pineapple chunks
- 1 can of water chestnuts drained and sliced
- ¼ cup chopped green peppers
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 pkg. Coconut
Method:- Mix together chutney, salad dressing and salt.
- Add turkey, pineapple, water chestnuts and green peppers until well coated.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Serve on lettuce, sprinkle with coconut.
