Dressing:
- 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- Ramen Noodle seasoning packet
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- Whisk dressing ingredients together. Set aside.
Salad:
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, cut into slivers
- 1 boneless chicken breast, baked, shredded
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1 package Ramen Noodles, crushed
Method
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, Add dressing and toss.
