Simple Slaw Dressing Recipe

This is a great low calorie fat free version of coleslaw.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup fat-free sour cream
  • ½ tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until blended smooth.
  2. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
  3. Toss dressing with shredded cabbage, carrots, peppers, and onions for simple slaw.
