Nutritional Fruit Salad

Make your own colorful, nutritious and attractive fruit salad.

It is very easy to make a fruit salad . It is very nutritious as well. First, get the ingredients. You will need fresh fruits like red and green apples, pineapples, watermelons, oranges, pears and so on. You can use any type of fruits you want. You will also need some sugar, lime juice and water.

First, cut the fruits in cubes. Choose fruits of different colors so that your salad will look attractive. Put all the cut fruits into a chilled bowl. Put the bowl of cut fruits into the refrigerator. Next, boil the water and sugar to make syrup. Leave it aside to cool. Adding hot syrup to the fruits may destroy its nutritional value. Once the syrup has cooled, add it to the bowl of cut fruits. Add the lime juice. Mix well.

Put the bowl of fruit salad back in the refrigerator to be chilled further. Finally, serve it to your friends and family.
