Ingredients:
- 1/16 gallon Water
- 1/16 gallon Lemon Juice
- 1/16 gallon Lime Juice
- 1/16 gallon Orange Juice
- 1 pound Couscous
¼ pound Onion
- ¼ pound Sun dried Tomato
- ½ each Lemon Zest
- ½ each Orange Zest
- 1/8 quart Parsley
- 1/16 quart Olive Oil
Method:
Heat the water, lemon, lime, and orange juices in pot. Pour over couscous then cover and leave aside till couscous done which takes about 10 minutes. In large bowl, mix couscous with rest of ingredients. Then check seasoning adjust to taste. You can add in meats of choice. Makes 20 servings.
