Vegichilly Curry

It's healthily as well as spicy.

Ingredients

  • 1-cauliflower (broken into small pieces)
  • 100gms-cabbage(cut into medium bits)
  • 1-capisum(diced)
  • 4tbsp-cornflower
  • 4tbsp-maida
  • 4-red chilies(cut into pieces after removing seeds)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix Maida and cornflower into a paste of pouring consistency.
  2. Add vegetables, chilies and salt.
  3. Mix and deep fry it.
  4. Serve it with tomato sauce.
